please stop making teemo skins
until you fully rework that champion into something that properly reflects your current design standards around mechanics such as stealth, traps, poison, and blind, PLEASE stop making content revolving this champion. Yes everyone has fun hating on Teemo but at the same time he is a legitimate black flag in the face of all the design progress riot has made in terms of champions. All of his functions are toxic; his presence itself is a stab to the morale of any team. The new content for this Halloween event is all fun and cheek until you actively encourage people to play a champion that goes against all of the progress you've made in your game (which is exactly what you do by releasing high tier skins such as Omega Squad and Little Devil). If you're going to put effort into making new assets, designs, and particles for a toxic champion, please instead consider forwarding those resources into a full rework for them.
I understand that there are champions that people deem get less love than others in terms of extra content; Teemo is not one of them. 10 skins, 2 events, and a legacy of hate and memes all surround this champion. He does not need more love, he needs to be fixed, or ignore/banned/converted into pure mascot status. I should not be forced to deal with toxic interactions in my games because Riot decided it would be cute to make a new skin for a toxic champion.
The skin is great, the event is great, the modes are fun. But the champion is toxic at it's core; and by pushing that champion to the forefront with new content, you make your game unplayable for the entire duration that people choose to partake of that new content. Very select players have the opportunity to enjoy new content, while 9 other players have to suffer playing with/against a Teemo (or whatever other toxic champion you decide to make new content for in that instance. Please NEVER make another Shaco Skin!)
I very much enjoy and appreciate sitting in on all of the design talks you all have. So please focus on your pursuit of good design and improving your game; not prettying up toxicity with a new bowtie of the season.
