Demotion? (Plat to Gold)

Saint Salty··1 votes·459 views

Is it possible in season 5 to demote back to gold from Plat? I know it's not possible to demote from gold to silver, so I'm curious if it is for Plat to Gold. Just wondering, because it would suck to get to Plat then lose a few games or not be able to play for a few weeks and get demoted. Any insight on this is appreciated thank you!

It's possible to get demoted from any rank to the previous one.

Bronze-Gold don't decay from inactivity but they can still drop if you lose too many.
