How to minimize trolling

Riot, here is an idea: have a way to see players most common reported problems or honors in the last week/month time when in ranked champ select. When players know that if they afk all the time or talk trash all the time before the game starts they will not be joined and the game will be dodged, etc. Its great what you have done with the improved system acting on reporting, etc, but it isn't enough.
