I'm pretty sure I know the answer but why not start a thread on it? Does anyone know if the frenzy from applies to anyone hit by the healing from ?

Yes it does, even the rune in the resolve tree procs it.

ANYTHING you do that can heal your allies will proc it.

Kindred Or enemies (Her ult will give enemy ardent.)
