Echo Ekko's Q
So, I don't know the design thought behind Ekko's Q but, I just don't get why it wasn't designed (or not allowed to anymore) to hit an enemy on the return travel. Well, it can if an enemy is running towards you, but in most occasions, when Ekko is charging someone, the return travel of his Q never ever hits because they run away. And that's 80% of the time. Would allowing it to move forward more be too OP?
