Aatrox passive suggestion

I was wondering about passive and i think it doesn't fit him right... We already have champions with revive - and . So is Darkin of War. His passive should work somehow like fervor does. Fighting longer / with more enemies should give him some bonuses (I'm not talking about - ish passive). Maybe Riot should change his Ultimate (which also doesn't fit him well in my opinion) so he can use it only after being in combat for X seconds (something like maybe?) but it would be VERY powerful ultimate. My ideas for that kind of ability:

-Huge boost for all teammates (raise morale thing) that gives nearby allies X AD/AP, X Resists/Armor and X Attack speed - it could be activated after about 40-60 seconds of teamfigh to end it fast (long CD ofc).

-Huge debuff for all nearby enemies like 50% resist/armor shred and -50% AP/AD (of course at rank 3 of Ult). It will also take quite a long time to charge and have long CD

-Buff for himself (double the AD, AS and Defense stats) (faster charge [about 30 seconds of being in combat non-stop] and faster CD than 2 scenarios before)

-Debuff for 1 enemy that lowers his stats to BASE for maybe 3 seconds. That would be effective against high dmg champs like or
