Why is Kennen so weak to finnish off. Unless you get fed by a jungler giving kills too you, he isn't cable of finnishing anything off.
Thoughts is a champ supposed to be so weak, only great things about him, is that he's good to get away.
Finishing people off is the absolute last thing a kennen can do, because he is supposed to be garbage tier on his own, in exchange for being a downright amazing teamfighter. He exists to set up kills, not take them.
He doesn't really have any dash or blink, but his E is pretty good IMO. He may not seem very "up to date" but his lane poke and teamfight presence make up for that IMO
