Please set up ranked tests!!

Look, I've played far too many games where it's clear the 0-12 lane with 2 cs a minute is to blame (and yes to BLAME) for the loss of a ranked game. It's all fine and dandy in normal's (because thats where you learn) but, not in ranked. I'm ok with a guy getting out played but their score may be like 0-2/3 and losing by a small amount of cs, that just means the other person is better. BUT HOLY **** these people must start the game, buy level 30's (which is a huge problem riot...) and just say alright lets play competitively I saw it on twitch I can do that too!

You need to have a ranked test or something, force people to go into a game and consistently farm at a competitive level. Or to make right decisions x amount of times in a row. Even make them pick out a certain amount of builds which is better than the others vrs "X" champs. This is out of control, these "Competitive games" are turning into jokes.

If you agree with me, you're most likely on the side I am and are having a very hard time understanding how someone can die 5 times pre level 6. If you disagree with me, you're most likely either challenger level, or... you are the people who click ranked expecting to get carried.
