Why Sejuani is still in game? Its practically useless in everything. EVERY of his skills in game is overcomed by other heroes. She is easily replaced by Leona, Galio, Gragas, Maokai, Nautilus, Rakkan, Shen. Even like support tank is useless because that buff is only for meelee champions. Her spells have biggest chance to fail/miss.
