Hi, I feel like Viktor deserves a skin.
ex: Pool Party Viktor, Worldbreaker Viktor, some Shadow Viktor, Cold Viktor, Frankenstein Viktor!
Thank you League of Legends community!
edit: He has not gotten a skin since 01-Oct-2013 (Creator Viktor)!!
EinarUlfar2 votesI thought we were told Viktor was supposed to be getting a new skin this year.. ):
DrCyanide3 votesIt was within 12 months of when they made the post. I believe that was around April, so there's still a good 6 months left.
Jerry SeinfeId2 votesvictorious viktor.

eCommerce1 votesGood one LOL
SweedishGunner2 votesBesides a skin he could really use a tiny buff. He's been around 46-48% winrate the entire season, as a Viktor main I haven't played him much at all recently because he just can't deal with most ADC's.
SB Arneeman2 votesI agree, Viktor is just too bad right now. Too low range in the current adc meta, and retarded 1250 gold requirement for first back. I spam Azir instead he does much of the same, just way better.
Salson2 votesOne thing I want to add is that he needs a non-machine skin.
Something like Elderwood, Arkanist, Blood Moon, etc.
eCommerce1 votesGood idea!
TheGreatRasputin2 votesVikthulu. All Imma say, all I need to say.
