so i'm perfectly fine with this spell being in aram and am all for it. but 18 sec cd with a 25% cdr is ridiculous. you can't have that without losing the balance of the game mode. i mean you can be poked to death by just those and then the other team just comes in and cleans up. it has taken the fun out of the chaos for me and i don't know about everyone else but thats just my feel.
I love that it was added, but I do agree that it needs a higher CD. Not much higher but still higher. I was thinking 30 seconds.
I love mark a ton it makes game a bit more fair between pokes and non pokes. But yes it definetley needs a way longer CD (maybe 40 sec) and a bit shorter range.
I'm pretty sure 30-45 seconds would be fine. Having to be constantly dodging snowballs that blends in the ground and sometimes glitches like nid Q, has made ARAM go down in my list of favorite modes. :(
