casually getting 30 kills in ranked but...man is it hard to close out games

casually getting 30 kills in ranked (30/3/22), but... man is it hard to close out games, I still won, but I feel like my team doesn't listen to me

when I ping baron, a tower or telling someone to go split peas and the rest sege mid any tips

Ps: I did most damage in the game
