Laggy champ select??

Client is garbage right now.... I don't have the best laptop for gaming or anything, but why the hell is champion select so flashy? i had 0 problems with the old champ select.. Half the time i don't even get to ban anyone viable cause I'm smashing my mouse to ban / lock in 5-6 seconds before the timer... and no, i'm not waiting till last second, I've missed 2 games today and now i gotta wait 15 mins cause of riots shit updated client.

Hell, it's even the same with the rune pages, i only have 2 right now due to a new account, but its so glitched out that i have to do pages AS SOON as im in the lobby, exit, ban champ, exit, pick champ and than re-look runes due to my lane.

Again, I'm only on a Walmart laptop, but seriously what the fuck is this lag every single lobby, extremely frustrating.

An option to turn off all the unnecessary flashy lobby shit would be nice, (almost like how you can turn off the edited maps.)

Low spec client isnt enough for this steaming hot pile of garbage Walmart laptop, ( i'm upgrading soon but i'm sure other people have the same issue.)
