LostFr0st1 votesThe whole Pbe registration system is down right now. Idk if they're still sending e-mails to testers, but it would usually be at the start of a new cycle (every 2 weeks) and it would show up in the inbox of your registered e-mail that's linked to the account.
Here is a link about third party applications and Riot's stance on it: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/5dmkJinG-3rd-party-applicationsmodifications-whats-allowed-and-what-isnt
Fondling Gems1 votesThe PBE is not currently accepting signups. A ton of people got in to test the LCU client so we are kinda overfilled right now. Over time people will forget to use their accounts and whatnot but until the numbers drop off no one is getting selected.
