Can We Just Have The 1-3LP?

Honestly, it's insanely annoying that you can get to 97-99LP then possibly lose that game, then there's a chance of this happening all over again. 1-3 LP isn't a lot. Its annoying to have to play that one extra game, if not more, if you hit in this area of LP gain.

Extra LP gets carried if you happen to lose the following game.

Also if they gave up to 3 extra LP, it would kinda suck to be at 96LP, so maybe they could give up to 4LP, but then it would suck to have 95LP so then maybe...
