Clash Beta EUW prizes

Hey, as most of you probably know, today Riot is implementing the Clash beta on EUW, me and my 5man premade already set up the team and we're excited about it but, I wish I knew more about the loot capsules before investing 1, 3 or 5 tickets into it.

If some Rioter sees this could they clarify? specifically some of these questions:

Can I be certain to get rewards? or is there any possibility of it bugging out and end up using tickets for no rewards?

Can you give any idea of what might be inside each capsule? no matter how vague.

Is there any possibility of ticket refund if something goes wrong in the beta?

I mean you dont get anything from the tickets, so you might aswell use them to get capsules so you get something.

Yes but I was wondering if I should disenchant some of my shard to get IP for 2 more tickets or not

Everyone who participates will earn Clash Capsules whether they win or lose. according to your team’s performance and the number of Capsules is equivalent to the Tickets you’ve entered. In each capsule, you are guaranteed: A 3-win XP boost Standard loot items (champ shards, champion skin shards, ward skin shards) which get better as your team progresses through brackets And for each entry, you're guaranteed a new Clash logo for the next time around.
