Updating the ban system on TT and RTGM

I asked Riot Support ( I didn't knew how to ask, so I went for them) If the dev team had any opinion about giving the 10 Ban system on all game modes, Maybe it would be better because when you ask your mate which ban, sometimes, they're not very responsive. At least with the 10 ban system, everyone can ban a champ he dislike or is OP. And I would be better since it's uniform through all gamemodes while providing more variety on all of them.
