I Get Heart Pains When Ever I Play Against Yasuo

So, I've come back to League, having fun, but I've noticed something that's really been scaring me. Whenever I played against Yasuo, and lose, of course, I've noticed that my heart begins to be in pain. Has anyone else noticed this occurrence? Is this just me? Is this his new passive or something? Also, my left arm begins to get numb. Have I missed a recent update?

Played against a Yas the other day as Kled. The end results were very, very good for me.

Jump in, beartrap from behind, and 1 2 3, out comes the spine. :D

I made the poor guy go 0/6/1. No guilt.

Just learn how to beat him. I recommend playing at least 10 games as him. He is pretty easy to beat unless the Yasuo is extremely good.
