Veigar's kit needs rework

I have just one word to describe him - HATE. This champ needs serious rework especially his E that lasts over one year. Try to play against him in Classic mode when he's low hp and your diving him under his turret then OOPS he spams his E and the turret just melts your hp away. If you don't think that's hell try playing against him in ARAM, you'll soon be gauging your eyes out with a conveniently placed fork xD

Sounds like user error. E isn't that spammable and it has a pretty clear indication of when it will stun (or you the player knowing he'll try to do that.)

Besides, tower diving pre-6 shouldn't be a thing, Fizz.
