A possible Teemo fix

So as the years have come by I've noticed becoming more and more of a banned out champ while some other ones that seem similar ban rate at less then 5% so i hope this reaches riot and they at least take this into consideration. for starters his Qs Blind should be removed instead replace it with Explodes poison or causes then to take more poison damage or even just remove the damage from it as for his R that should be limited to 3-4 again im so sick of running into a 5 line of shrooms then getting away with 15hp just to come into another bush to get hit by another or an alternative make it like ult but with a debuff every mushroom thrown increases the mana cost by double 100 to 200,200 to 400,400 to 800 you catch where im coming from this will increase his utility and make his more of a counter pick/carry champ rather then just a troll pick which it seems more and more like is what has happened to him
