What is best champ-combo for bot lane ?

It depends entirely on the people playing together. I have played about every matchup imaginable as a Taric main and my personal favorite is Taric and Twitch for 4 reasons.

1. Taric can hide in a bush and use his E off of Twitch while he is stealthed and the enemy won't see it coming.

2. Taric works well with all-in type ADC's and Twitch excels at all-ins with his bonus attack speed from Q and nuke damage from his E after an extended fight.

3. Twitch can have 100% active time on Ardent Censer from Taric's low cooldowns on both a heal and a stun. When they combo with a hurricane and censer first item, Twitch can heal for 80-90 on every auto attack with a single item.

4. Their ults combo together very nicely. Normally the enemy will focus everything on Twitch to kill him either before his ultimate is used or during his ult. There is no one better at keeping someone alive than Taric especially with his ult. If they ult at the same time, Twitch can completely ignore trying to kite and sit there auto attacking with his insane range.

Another potent combo I have found from playing against is Caitlyn and Zyra. Zyra's weakness is that people can destroy her plants by stepping on them. Cait fixes this weakness by placing traps on top of the seeds. There is pretty much nothing that can be done against this lane and you have to sit under tower and hope you can not feed and scale into late game against this combo.
