Ideas for making Quinn more viable.

Hi everyone, With the marksman work coming up in the near future I thought I might put some ideas out for Quinn Quinn that I think would may her more functional in the rift. I've bolded my main points if you don't want to read every sentence.

Passive: FIX THE BUGS. I haven't had a single game where valor hasn't royally screwed me over. Whether that be on harrier not proccing or me vaulting on someone and harrier picking them out simultaneously. This is terribly annoying and is a must fix if any work is done on her.

Q: I personally think her q function is very unique and should remain relatively unchanged in terms of functionality with it's blind. The only issue with it is landing it on someone where the blind will actually have an influence of a fight is almost impossible. Since adc's sit on the back line behind the tanks you cant hit them with the valor. I have to ideas how to fix this. One is you essentially make this ability like corki's phosphorous bomb, where valor would just come down and hit an area, this way you don't have to thread a needle with valor to blind the adc. Another possibility is to cast it like rumbles ult so the flight path of valor varies and at least this way an adc cant just keep someone between you and them.

W: Leave it. I think the active is a very unique skill for Quinn and can be very useful. The passive from this could have some more functionality though. My idea right now is to have it so whenever Quinn is hit by some form of CC (slows, pulls, or pushes) valor should come down and strike the enemy for a small- medium amount of damage and apply a slow of to the enemy as well. I think this fits well with the tag team functionality riot is looking for. Nobody is going to let there partner get mauled without doing something.

E: Vault I don't have a problem with at all. From a functionality standpoint i thinks its good to go. Just fix the double marks you can get from the passive and this and it will be good to go.

R: This ult may be one of the most counterproductive ults in the game. It is essentially useless in most points of the game. I love the idea, don't get me wrong, but the way you have to build becoming a melee fighter puts you in rough places. My suggestion here is instead of appearing where valor is on the map, Quinn should be able to come back down anywhere within the sky strike zone. This would at least give Quinn some hope of coming out safely. This ability also seems very lacking in burst since you need to auto attack with valor to get any damage from it. There needs to be some interaction with Quinn's passive and her ult. My current thought is that anyone valor damages should be marked with harrier when you come back as Quinn. This gives you the potential to do massive damage, but its not guaranteed so i feel it will be fairly balanced.

Thanks for reading. If any rioters read this if you wouldnt mind telling me what you think that would make my year.

One of Quinn's biggest drawbacks is her ult imo. Her ranged form is fine, but right now she has little to no incentive to use her melee form at all. When she's behind, she can really only use it to escape (she's the only marksman with this issue). I just feel that Quinn's ult should be a bit more rewarding for how non-intuitive a skill it is.

She shouldn't lose her passive when she uses Tag Team. Perhaps instead of the Harrier mark being applied when she ults, Valor gets the on-hit physical damage on all of his auto attacks instead. This would give Quinn much more incentive to use her ult offensively, even in teamfights.

Also, Tag Team's early cooldown should be a bit lower than it is.
