Why the delay of ARURF+?

I find it irritating that riot is making us wait for urf and bringing it back on a Sunday, a day which most people are busy and need to go run errands and right before the weekdays. Couldn't we just have had it on Friday like they would usually release the rotating gamemodes?

IKR. It's so annoying that they're doing this. I just want to have fun for the last few days of my holidays but they're delaying it for 'hype' or whatever but it's doing nothing but annoying me.
