how to really improve the game for everyone

So first i need to say that the problem balancing the game is not the champs but the skills of people playing the game and as we all know mmr is totally useless in separating people by skill levels

Now here are 3 ways to change matchup so everyone plays with people of their skill level, please share your thoughts on this 1- people who play ranked should never be matched with people who NEVER play ranked when they blind or draft, totally different world! jus send people who never play ranked(easy enough to know if they ranked or not) in a special queue so they never encounter people who play ranked, even occasionally after not playing ranked for X days u can have access to this queue if u really dont play ranked often

2-have different skill lvl queues, if u have a hard time getting kills or farming cs well it will show in your kda so people will low kda will have a queue for them only and people with high kda will have a queue for them( i'd say 20 kill/assit and less per game or 21 kill/assist and more per game) and no supps wont be left behind anyways it will be a general score and people dont only play supp and yes there should be a restriction for both queues saying your too high skilled or too low skilled to play in the other queue this will also make for better improvement way then vs bot then straight to pvp, would be vs bot, low skill queue, high skill queue then ranked...and vs bot could disappear cause it's pretty boring

3-add ban option to all game modes and maybe give us more then one champ each, there are so many now this way everyone will be able to ban the one or 2 champ they hate playing against the most...or not get wrecked by the same guy playing the same champ game after game it's so aggravating when u can only do one or 2 matches in a day and they are ruined by one guy with his one op champ

And we have the no mana/with mana situation that is total bs...while some can spam abilites and stay in lane forever other need to carefully time casts not to waste mana and return to base when they are inevitably drained
