Gangplank Ultimate Upgrades Silver Serpent Refunds

As an avid Gangplank player I have noticed some inconsistency. First of which in recommended items the order in which ulti upgrades are shown is far different from the "all items". this very rarely makes me upgrade the wrong ulti needed for the current situation. Being able to refund the 500 Silver Serpents back feels like it needs to be necessary. Although I do not make this mistake too often when I do its extremely tilt worthy.
