Game has been glitching out since yesterday

So, out of the blue, whenever I get into the loading screen after champ select, my screen just starts to... bug out? There's a repeating pattern of flashes, a horizontal bar popping up at the top of the screen, in the middle, and at the bottom (like the lanes to a map?). After that, the bars start popping up from the bottom and scale all the way to the top of the screen (like a stop-motion movie?). Once in the actual game, it's usually the KDA bar, the HUD, and the scoreboard the glitches in and out randomly throughout the game. Doesn't disturb my gameplay too much, but it does play with my eyes. I've tried restarting the client, my computer, running as admin, but it still persists. Do I need to just re-update it in general? Never had this issue before.
