Bring back champion select

Dear riot,

Wtf....the new champion select had been out for a while now and I can't stand it. I am constantly put in to ques with people that are either toxic and trolling, now maybe it's just cut I'm stuck in elo hell but now I have no choice but to either play and inevitably lose or dodge que which you look down apon. I would rather wait 20 or 30 minutes to play a game that is enjoyable that waste 20 or 30 minutes with no hope of winning. I just want to pick who's on my team. I don't care how long I have to wait. I just can't stand this new system and it makes me want to not pay your game any more.
