Kled need to gain courage in the jungle..
I have found that i personally like and perform better with kled in the jungle but there is one big issue. His courage cannot be gained unless you're fighting drag or baron/rift which is no bueno

They should make it so that you can only gain courage from blue/red buff if you're bellow level 6, which is when it's hard to kill them in a PvE scenario. Once you hit level 6, they give you nothing because you're already strong enough to beat it.
See i have to disagree. if you can gain courage killing lane minions the same should be true in the jungle. even if its just the epics
