Honor Level 0

you can tell me all you want that getting out of honor level 0 is possible. but when for months i havent talked in game to get reported, havent fed, i have helped where i could, been nice to people who were toxic to me. been literally honored 2-4 times every game. check my history if you dont believe me. and its been at least 3 months and i am still honor level 0. its becoming a "Jokes on you buddy. you wont get out so be as toxic as you can." its slowly tilting me. can i get a real riot employee to be honest and tell me if its even possible to get out of honor level 0? or are you all laughing at us stuck in our hell? 100% honest question looking for an answer.
