Possible nerf to Teleport Summoner Spell
I think that making TP get canceled by damage (while refunding a large portion of the cooldown, like 80-90%?) would allow for more diversity in toplane summoner spell choice, since it would remove its utility in some common situations like TPing from toplane down to bottom lane in the middle of laning phase. What are your guys’ thoughts about this idea, and do you agree that TP should receive some sort of nerf to allow for more summoner spell diversity in toplane- which can also help champs who would much rather take a different summoner spell like ignite.
