Tahm Kench ULT Ascension

So I was playing Tahm Kench in ascension and I found it a little unfair how I was able to back and buy with a teammate. I found that you could just ult back and sit there till you get a warmogs. While fighting you're extremely strong with buffs and sse your E and run away and back and comeback stronger? The enemy team I was facing was completely tilted about it and was wondering, would I get banned for doing that? Technically it is a bug because no other champion could do that. I was wondering if they could disable buying would that improve it or get rid of being ascended when you got back into base because technically you could DC and no one would be able to get ascended.
