This game makes no sense i have 3 accounts all 3 accounts see the play in all ranks of play from high end to low end, what i mean is afk peeps or leave peeps but the game allows them to do this on normal bases with just a smack on the hands why?

redniwediS1 votesIt's because League is a video game, and as such it takes a backseat to real life. There are times where leaving a game is the acceptable thing to do, so they keep the punishments very relaxed.
Either you have relaxed punishments that favor those real life problems, or you strictly punish everyone, including the people who actually had a legitimate reason. Riot took the sensible route.
