Dashes shouldn't complete after CC

I linked above one example of this at 8:13 where the Trynd does his circle thing even though he's rooted and gets a kill. I think I'd be nice of dashes and mobility spells were cancelled when rooted/stunned/etc. It would be more realistic too.

Edit: As a squishy champ too, it makes it hard for outplay if you cant stop a dash that has damage at the end which can be really annoying in lane. It sucks to be put behind because of something like that even though you reacted well.
