Akali Balance

Akali:

• Crescent Slash: Now activates the mark from Mark of the Assassin.
• Shadow Dance: Now deals 50 (+50% AP) at all ranks, contains 4 charges, and for each dash deals 50% more damage than the previous dash. The damage amplification will reset once Akali has used Shadow Dance on another target.

Reasoning: I think these changes can help spread out her burst pattern a bit more. It brings back the wonderful quality of life change of activating the mark from Mark of the Assassin, gives her an extra charge and really extends her fighting time in a reasonable way.

Extra Thoughts:

• 50% more damage than the previous dash may be a bit much after hitting the 3rd and 4th dash, so numbers should very much so be considered 'flexible.'

• I still feel the damage given from Crescent Slash doesn't even need to be there, I think it should do more than waste your energy on what feels like minimal damage.
