Make Mordekaiser great again

I been a mordekaiser fan since the I started playing this game but over the past years i begin to see more and more flaws in him and its frustrating to me to see such a unique champ to be solely a diificult champ to contribute in teams battle. I brainstorm and made a list of flaws that make mordekaiser a champ whom people will not choose

Flaws.

1. Lack of CC : Mordekaiser I feel is one of the few champs that have absolutley no form of crowd control in his ability. In order for him to be effective, he have to have items that can passively aid him or activate.
2. Very low health regen: the Health regen for mordekaiser is very very low. I can build a spirit visage where other champion would have +20 - +35 health/sec while morde will only have 9 health regen/sec. Now some people will say because his passive grant him shield, however his ability cost health and the shield decays very fast.
3. low health per level: mordekaiser also one of the lowest health per level in the whole league character roster. even some adc will have more health than him at a later level than he would, and they not even building any health item.
4. ult dps very small: Mordekaiser ult is based on max health sometimes it does not look like it does damage unless you build magic penetration or you build item that will help you ultilize your other abilities. I will see champs with less than 10% with no Mr. survive the ult just by using a potion.

ways to improve mordekaiser

1. change ability with unique cc there's many way this can be obtain. For example is W should be able to slow enemies champ near him and heal him immediately during the duration of the spell. Or his q should give him a boost of speed or stun if he successfully strike 3 times. Another idea could be make his q more aoe damage and turn his 3rd strike a knock-up in the surrounding area.
2. Change the concept of his ult HIs ult is very unique i bellieve they should not change his ult but rather change the way his ult work. Forever example they can shorten the duration and boost his speed and he have a boost in abilities and range during that duration.and the curse champion defenses are lower almost like trundle ult. afterall it is a curse and curse are made to weaken your strength and defenses.
