Normal draft time?

What the hell , i tried this in pbe and work well , i love this new thing , BUT now ....NOW ...i try it for the firts time ...its been more than 8 minutes now that im waiting !! ...and i choose FILL !

Im the kind of guy who just wanna play some game for fun without waiting , i play alot of Support in teambuilder for the last year ... so i just choose fill .. and damn ... seriously ...is it normal to wait this time? Nothing pop up the time i post this thread yet .. wow..
