Stop nerfing scimitar and stop nerfing maw wrongly.
Maws stats are crucial. The whole reason the items were put in the game was to make sure AD people can survive the burst and be more useful. The problem with maw is its huge shield that can block 1-maybe 2 mage abilities which can be crucial. Scimitar is rarely bought, and you even added lifesteal to make it less bad. The only useful part is the QSS imo and it's a very rare buy.
