An idea to make riven a little less annoying
How about she only gets low cooldowns when she ults instead of the entire game? And maybe make her ult last longer or something.

Her base CDs are kind of hefty early on, it's just that since CDR items are so plentiful and easy to buy, she can abuse them fairly well.
or we could remove the animation cancelling and give her real cooldowns
So... are you going to buff her numbers then? Because this is how you make her be unplayable.
Remove her animation cancel alot of other champs got theirs removes because it unfair, idk why Riven get special treatment.
People complaining about Riven... stay classy, boards.
It's not like Tryndamere, Kled, and Darius are significantly more problematic, or Mordekaiser for that matter.

remove animation cancels, rebalance as needed, animation cancelling to that degree shouldn't be a thing.
