The Brutalizer, why remove it?
Can anyone please explain to me why the brutalizer is removed from the game. I believe it wasn't necessary to do so since it helps assassin champs like Rengar to use the item against tanks. For example, if I play an AD assassin on top lane and my opponent is a tank my go to item is obvious the brutalizer, and now that it is removed it makes things much more complex due to the fact that I have to finish the full item in order to get the armor pen. I'm very confused that this nice item was taken away by riot and would like to know the reason behind it, if possible.

. if i'm not mistaken, i remember a red saying that they were looking at brutalizer because it was sticking out like a sore thumb after the 
changes, guess they figured that they'll just separate it to give more recipe diversity.
