Hex Tech Key Fragments

Brutalkiller42··1 votes·338 views

Just wondering if there is a glitch with obtaining the hex tech key fragments. In the last 3 weeks I have not received any and I have probably averaged at least 5-10 games per day. I understand drop rate is supposed to get lower but after over 100 games and not even receiving 1 fragment I am starting to wonder if it is a glitch or if I'm extremely unlucky. Thanks for any replies.

It's not a glitch it's just Riot why to try and get people to buy keys with RP. Fuck Riot
