Twisted fate is underpowered and unplayable.

Twisted fate is a character who is designed to farm into late game utilizing his passive for power but you cant actually do that with high streanth low lvl characters like leblenc cassio zed and talon... there are so many counter to twisted fate whether it be yasou or kassadin or gangplank. and he doesnt actually scale into late game kassadin and veigar just shit on him,.... please fuckign rework twisted fate and stop making characters im tired of playing a over saturated games with characters like kalista and taliyah... that where good once but now are unplayable... can you please fix your fucking game riot
