Can Rito like stop nerfing Lucian please?

He's been the god among ADCs since the start of pre-season, how many months have passed now? He'll have to handle his place to someone else sooner or later, either due to more Lucian nerfs or due to some other ADC getting buffed.

if his ranged instant poke is that strong now, you should've seen when he first came out. his e didn't take years to come off of cooldown and it removed slow as well. if lucian has been a god since the start of preseason i wonder what that makes vayne and kog'maw
