Matchmaking

I just want to know why, being silver 3, get matched in ranked with three kids who aren't even ranked, and another silver 4 man. And we go against all Silver 3 and up on the other team. My mates just feed and I the weight is too much for my back. I cannot climb bc of this. I've had like 5 games like this the past 10 games. HELP!
