auto fill and roll exclusion

Hi all ,i know that there has been talks of excluding a roll for the sake of making auto fill work. do we have any idea as to when this will be rolling out. reason being i never play adc any roll even support is preferable to adc for me (i don't like the pressure involved in the roll as failing at adc begets flame most of the time) and yet i received an auto fill for the adc position and no one on my team wanted to trade considering the attitude of the top laner (i asked if i could go any where else other than adc preferably top and his response was simply "you got bot" i explained that it was because of auto fill and that i have played one game adc on pvp "i dont care deal with it") i decided to doge i have time for one game i hate dodging que as it is not fair on my team mates to have to go through the whole rigmarole of picks and bans all over again but i also feel that the system should at least take into account roles that the player plays as opposed to just some random selection four other people on the team got rolls they chose one of them even admitted to playing adc from time to time. but at the moment it fells like players are just set up for abuse.or penalties.
