Idea: Turn Rift Herald into an Early/Mid Game pushing objective.
Alot of people on the boards lately have pointed out that the meta right now is entirely centered on jungle ganks into snowballs in the bottom lane. This is in part due to the significance of dragon basically removing Rift Herald as an option. Since most dragons are geared toward late game (All give % something excepting Cloud), turning Rift Herald into an objective geared toward early/mid game pushing could provide an alternative to dragon taking, especially in early game/splitpush comps. Some other fine tuning might need to happen (such as making the Herald easier to take and buffing Top Turret hp so taking Herald isn't an instant tower loss), but I feel like this could help toplane not be dictated by super scalers (
