Normal 5v5 matchups are broken

Okay so this is really starting to piss me off. Im a bronze player and i have friends that are unranked and below lvl 30, and just about everytime we que up in normal we get put up against full teams of plats and golds etc. How the fuck is that supposed to be fair? how are they ever supposed to reach lvl 30 if every single game we're put up against players that are 10x better than us? What is riot thinking? please for the love of god balance your system.
