Champ Select should play sound for when champion dies when they are banned.

The new Champ select should play the sound for when the champion dies when they are banned. I.E. Jhin is banned and we hear his maniacal laugh when he dies and it fades out slowly before the icon reaches the top of the champ select. It would be a really cool thing to see in future updates as the new champ select is awesome on its own and it'd be nice to see slight more interactivity instead of just the sound when the champ is banned.
