Zac's W

http://www.surrenderat20.net/2018/12/1211-pbe-update-tentative-balance.html?m=1 I believe Zac is forgotten by Riot so this topic is simply to ask for attention.

So many champs are getting buffs to their %max/missing health damage abilities, including tanks like Ornn as you can see in the link above, not to mention %health items like Liandry did also get a buff.

As a result, Zac's W is now definitely outdated, I'm requesting Riot to revert Zac's W AP removal (2% per 100 AP) which basically only affects his late game. A fed full tank 1 AP item(meta build) Zac can't 1v1 a bruiser with only TriForce and Sterak's Gage, makes me really sad as a 1mil mastery Zac main.

I also think his blobs shouldn't go forward or too far away from him, because they are unreachable or not worth reaching in lanes or team fights, but I guess that's so much to ask ...
