Ranked with Dced Players or Rqed Players

I dont know about you guys but losing lps cause a guy decided to rqed or dced cause of his internet, its frustrating me... I feel like if the guy isnt in the game for the most part of it, the losing team should have a "loss prevented" and not a simple ranked lost with a bunch of lps lost... Pissing me off.
