I am confused by the Kha'Zix changes on the PBE. If using your evolved Q on an isolated target removes 60% of the cool down, then would that mean that if you built 40% CDR, your Q would come off cool down instantly?
Could some one explain this to me?

Say for example your Q had a 10 second cooldown, you bought 40% CDR, the new cooldown is 6 seconds. Now if you Q'd an isolated target and removed 60% of the cooldown you are removing 60% of the new cooldown 6 seconds which when calculated should be around 2.4 seconds.
SkyblazeHydraX31 votesIt refunds 60% of Q's current cooldown. Meaning that even if you had it down as low as a 1 second cooldown, the refund would give only 0.6 seconds. You can't have it up instantly like you're thinking.
